Scripting the life of a great child

This story is just one of many which bring to light the power of endeavour, faith and nurturing. It is an awesome story of a mother's decision to defy her child's disability and turn it into his strength. And by doing so she turned the wheel of his life. From a child who would have been trapped for life in the silence of his handicap, unable to reach out to the world and doomed to live at the edge of existence she suddenly moved him to center stage. So much so that today the child's faith in himself has become a cause of awe and wonder for doctors working on autism around the world. And now this young boy is at the threshold of making the most significant contribution to research and understanding of autism, which will benefit children all over the world.

· This story is for all of us. It reminds us that our child is the beginning of an amazing story. How we help our child script that story is totally up to us.
· It is a powerful example of the creative power of a parent. A power that YOU are totally unaware of. It reminds us that the birth of a child is not just a simple act of procreation, but your greatest opportunity to create a marvelous being.
· We are unable to plug into this wonder of creation because we have LOST our ability for wonder and creating. Reawakening our creativity means we need to first heal ourselves of the lost dreams, fears and insecurities that riddle our being. We cannot bring up a marvelous being if our faith in ourselves is so damaged.
· Giving birth is not a selfish act where your progeny is supposed to be either a reflection of your unresolved dreams and desires or an emotional crutch for your empty life or frail old age. If you look upon your child that way you will not create but distort his/her potential.
· Society is so chaotic today because people are bringing up distorted children. They are not aware of their power to sculpt or create a great being. Parents do not see their children as a divine gift in their care. They see children as their extension forcing them to carry a lineage of anger, frustration, hate, guilt and prejudice.
· Your child is the potential for your own spiritual awakening. He/she is a chance to heal and alter the pain and traumas of your own childhood. It's the greatest chance from Divinity to test your skills as a good guru. Are you aware of this truth?
