How to use a Sanitary Napkin (PAD)?
1. Hold the white tape from it's loose end and tear open.
2. Remove the pad from wrapper
3. Save the wrapper for disposal
4. Stick the pad to your panty
5. Wrap Stretchable wings (if pad with wings) around both sides of the panty and stick firmly
For disposal
1. Replace the used pad on the peeled off wrapper
2. Roll and tuck in the edges of the wrapper so that the pad is completely covered
3. Seal it and throw in the bin.
4. DO NOT Flush.
